Circular Jet Bath
In this hydrotherapy technique, multiple, small powerful water jets from all directions are directed to the patient to promote an instant cooling & refreshing effect. It causes intense circulatory reaction, which helps in stimulating skin tissues.
Procedure
This bath is taken in a specially designed vertical bath tub or drum having jet spray openings all around. The jet spray coming at a pressure acts as a massage on the entire body. This bath is more beneficial after taking the other baths viz, steam bath, foot bath, sun bath, wet pack, all of which induce sweating. This bath helps in toning the muscles and skin.
Alternate Hot and Cold Jet spray massage
First take a hot jet spray massage for 1 to 3 minutes. This will be followed by a cold jet spray hydro massage for only 5 to 30 seconds. This procedure is repeated two to three times.

This therapy gives a soothing effect on the nerves is particularly useful for treatment of many conditions such as paralysis, rheumatoid arthritis, muscle spasms, tightening of skin and tissues. It is also used for the following:

Circular Bath
Named Circular Bath, but offers around 270 degrees of high power showers, at varied temperatures as specified by the Ayurvedacharyas. These showers enable detoxification of the skin and the inside organs at the same time. It also rejuvenates the body. The pressure and temperature can easily be controlled from outside and is usually according to guidelines for the patients.
